Candidates must also have at least five years of professional coaching experience at the elite level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The newly appointed coach will be responsible for enhancing team performance, leading the support staff, and working on long-term talent identification and development programs. Candidates are expected to have a sound understanding of cricket culture, women\u2019s cricket structures, and strong communication skills in English. Preference will be given to those familiar with Nepalese and Associate-level cricket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The selected coach will receive full board accommodation, a competitive salary, and travel allowances while in Nepal.
