On Thursday, in the farewell program of the team going to play the Friendship Cup with the two state teams of India, Paras expressed his belief that Nepal will play the Asia Cup next year like in the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNepal will go for the ACC Premier Cup after the tour of India. The team that wins that tournament will play the Asia Cup,&#8221; Secretary Khadka said at the farewell event, &#8220;Nepal played the 50-over Asia Cup last year. We are confident that our team will go to Oman this year and qualify for the Asia Cup. With the positive response of the Honorable Minister, not only Nepali cricket but also the Nepali sports sector has been excited. We hope that Nepali sports will take leaps and bounds.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In India, Nepal will play a triangular Twenty20 series with Gujarat and Baroda. According to the schedule, Nepal will play a series with teams from Baroda and Gujarat from March 31 to April 7.
